Weight loss is a complex journey, but the path to achieving your health goals could be made easier by harnessing the power of your mind.  Hypnosis can help you become more mindful of your eating habits, reduce cravings, address behaviors and patterns that contribute to weight gain, increse motivation and build confidence.  By the end of the course, you will find yourself closer to your goals and more in tune with your body and mind.  The four-part course will start with an introductory sessions, and subsequent sessions will be set up to accommodate participants' schedules.
