A refreshing, creative class for all levels. Revitalize your body, relax your mind and reduce stress with seated, standing, prone and supine poses. Introduction to alignment, breath work and coordination through various postures will allow you to build a strong foundation and yoga practice. We will explore poses from various yoga disciplines to help you deepen and evolve your yoga practice. Props and modifications will be used to maximize the benefits of each pose. Please bring a yoga mat, tennis ball and yoga strap to class.
